Isabel Shirt

Isabel joined IPS in November 2022; her experience since 2004 has been in stand-alone HR roles within boutique professional services firms, supporting employee development and engagement by providing practical and commercial solutions, information and advice to employees and partners. As a qualified Mental Health First Aider, she also has a strong focus on mental health and wellbeing.

Isabel has been an Associate Member of the CIPD since completing the Employment Relations Law and Practice Qualification in 2007 and she has extensive experience in policy formulation and change management.
