Liberty Phillips

Liberty joined IPS with a background in leading operations teams and driving procedural improvements within wealth management firms. She has experience in task allocation, capacity modelling, system reconciliations, stakeholder escalation, and fulfilment processes.

Before joining IPS, Liberty also worked on scaling cross-border teams and implementing bespoke investment solutions. She holds a degree in Economics with Accounting from Bayes Business School and has completed regulatory exams with the CII.
