Maddie brings over 8 years of experience in Front of house and facilities area, having joined IPS in January 2024. Her passion lies in creating welcoming environments and ensuring seamless operations, prioritising exceptional client service. Maddie is currently working towards a Level 5 CIPD qualification in HR Management.

Maddie likes to bake in her spare time and has a knack for DIY and interior design.
